FAQ

Custom process:

1. Please send me the EXACT INTERIOR size of your drawer: width (left to right), depth (front to back), clear height;

2. I will make quotation for you basing on the given sizes;

3. If price accepted, I will make the layout(s) for you based on your given jewelry information or organization ideas. You can check and let me know if any section size / QTY / position need to adjust;

4. Once layout(s) confirmed, you place order here at my shop or let me make you an invoice through PayPal directly;

5. Once receiving your payment, I will arrange the production. 

 

Production Time:

According to current production schedule, it will take about 2-3 weeks to finish. But if you are in very urgent, please let me know and I will rush your order. , the trays will be finished. I will ship and update you the tracking number;

Delivery Time:

It depends on which shipping way you choose:

- Normal shipping: 20-30 days to arrive at your door;

- Expedited shipping by Fedex / UPS etc.: 7-10 days to deliver (may cause some extra expedited shipping fee). 

How do I track my order?

A tracking number and link will either be emailed or texted once a shipping label is created. You can track the package very easily at the given tracking link. 

How much is shipping?

For most countries and regions, the shipping fee is 0 because the price quoted already includes the shipping freight. But for some very far away regions which normal shipping ways couldn't reach and need to ship by Fedex / UPS, etc., there will be some extra expedited shipping fee.

 

 

I did not receive my package. What can I do?

Sometimes, packages may be delivered to a different address or area. We recommend checking more carefully at the delivery area and also check with neighbors. Sometimes, the shipper will attach a picture with the proof of delivery that may assist in locating the package. If you cannot locate your package after 3 days from the “delivered” status, please contact me. I will open a case with the shipping company. If the package indeed get lost, I will make a new one for you for free.

Returns & Exchange Policy:

For all these 6 years, I never met a client who want to return the trays back. So, I sincerely hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase too. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry organizer tray, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order.

If received a damaged product, please contact me with pictures or videos which show the problem clearly. It happens very rare, but if indeed happen to you, please let me know and I will do everything to solve.  

While, for dislike or any other reason which is not quality problem, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
